EA free charging this 4th of july weekend?

i just went to a local EA in California and saw complimentary session. Didn't charge since i was in a hurry.

I would think that EA are using station history to decide which, if any, stations get free holiday charging. They should be trying to drive traffic up at lesser-used stations, and wouldn’t be doing us any favors by offering free charging at stations where there are already occasional waits to charge.

But you can't drive traffic if you don't advertise. If people stop at a station and then learn it's free, you've not accomplished much. You have to push traffic to where you want it.
