I’m ordering the rear today. Give it the ole $300 try. I’m going to also do some adjustments on the rear and report back after I figure out how to quantify the results.

That's really good to hear, A reduction in noise and vibration would make it worth the swap

I have same MME as you , different tires but curious if swapping out the back Steeda makes a difference If I get front Eibachs

I only have the Steeda in the rear at it’s softest setting (original Michelins) and never went with the front Steeda due to some of the issues mentioned here.

don’t drive the car very hard due to HVBJB and skinny tires.

thanks for the work and comments.
I don't run corners in my Prem unless I'm beating on shocks or other testing of this car. I actually really LIKE the GTPE on Whisper for around town stuff and found the ride much nicer than I was expecting. That said the Eibach rear isn't adjustable. So it looks like I'm going to find out if the Eibach rear is better than the Steeda on it's softest shortly. Swapping the rear bar is going to be a bit more work I wasn't looking forward to. (I also plan on doing something whilst back there that I won't put out until I know the results with some more testing. Test all things! I was a QA/QC multiple times throughout my life so it's really a habit).

Now I am wishing I didn’t dump my stock end links. ??
They're like $30ish each if I remember right. I have to do some digging on some rear parts today so I'll get you the part numbers if you don't find them first.

Erik, couple of things, from the photo above, are you sure you have the correct nut on the lower end of that end link? On the front end links, there are two different length nuts used. The longer nuts go on the top, the shorter nuts on the bottom.
Sure enough. Damn it. lol.

I posted this in the Steeda thread:

If you tossed your stock end link hardware and need new ones before switching to stock or the Eibach, these are the parts I ordered based off the diagram:
Front end link: LX6Z5K484E
Top nut: W719813S440
Bottom nut: W712503S440

Glad you guys are finding solutions to the noise issues but I don't see a reason why I would want to swap out the steeda bars for eibach as I don't have any noise on mine.

Is there something else besides the noise of the front steeda bar that I should look out for? Is the front steeda bar too rigid or something?

I am not really experiencing any noise any more. The Eibach front bar is actually more rigid than the Steeda. I might just replace the front and see how the car feels. ?‍♂?

Ok I have a tip on how to get a deal on the eibach sway bars. Discount tire is selling them on eBay so find them and add to your watchlist within a day they will send you an offer for $219.96 each shipping included to buy it now.

YMMV but that's what they offered me

It worked for me, too. Added to my Watch List and a day or two later I got the offer e-mail.

Looking at fordparts.com I see three different front sway bars. One for GTPE, one for GT, and one for the rest. I don't see a differentiation between RWD/AWD and SR/ER battery. Has anyone else found anything different? Eibach doesn't list the bars for RWD, but based on the Ford P/Ns it seems like the non-GT bars should fit.

EDIT: Eibach doesn't list the bars on the GT page either. ?‍♂

I'm testing that out. (I was ready to dump the car because of the amount of noise)
My Steeda bar isn't square. There's several reasons why it made noise due to how mine was built, but with Steeda never answering (I've got yet another people trying to help me there that promised they'd call me back by EOD last Friday, but no call, no mail and they're not answering phones today I guess) it takes a month to get answer. My rear bar works fine, but I think it translates road noise to the frame and thus through the car. The hollow bar seems to not send as much of that shock vibration (think, wacking a manhole cover, or driving over an expansion joint) into the car. My front end has been sorted by swapping over to the Eibach. Thursday I should know about the back bar as it'll arrive Wednesday, hopefully I get it on Thursday.

I just got lucky with my blue front bar being wack I guess. I've spent months trying to resolve. Replaced it with red bar and on the first try it worked flawlessly.

Yes the only bars they have will work on the RWD. No reason why not.
For the GT's (non-pe) they were there when Mark ordered.

Part #: E40-35-054-01-11. (front and rear)
Part #: E40-35-054-01-01 (Rear)
Part #: E40-35-054-01-10 (Front)

I think they screwed the site up again. They still have the pictures of the bars reversed on the site. The only reason i see for them to split the cars up like that is for the GT springs.

Did you use the stiffest setting?

Nope, middle and lightest. The lightest on the Eibach is probably close to the middle on the Steeda. I just had far too much noise echoing through the car I had to take it lighter. But most of that noise could well be from a wonky bar.
