The recall is done but the car is still telling me to do the 10.2.0 update.. should I just ignore it?
Yes ignore, it shouldn't even be trying to do 10.2.0 anymore. BTW, could you send me your VIN via direct message so I can see what's going on with this?

You had the 25S65 recall installed only yesterday, so your car hasn't had time to talk to the OTA servers and fail the 10.2.0 OTA. That will happen in the next few days. Again, it is expected that the 10.2.0 OTA will fail since you already have newer software installed now. You can ignore it.

Your dealer correctly validated the 25S65 recall software installation, there is not a problem with it and there is no further action required at this time.

Your charging error code was P0D56:24. This could be caused by not fully inserting the J1772 plug. See this topic for more information: https://www.macheforum.com/site/thr...24-code-and-possible-12v-battery-drain.23525/

The dealer also reset the 12V BMS, so that was taken care of as well.

In summary, just verify you've plugged in fully, and everything else is fine.

Update on this - the car charged fine at the dealership. It was in fact the charger itself!
