Every warning light on dash, nothing in app

This morning my car's dash lit up light a Christmas tree. My wife was able to drive it. Came home. Now it won't go into gear. Never received any alerts in Fordpass though which is weird. And the Ford website shows no issues on the powertrain health report even though the car says stop safely now and says everything has shit the bed. (AWD Off, AdvanceTrac, Pre-Collision Assist).

Also received a charge fault now when I tried to charge it past the set 90%. It charged to 90% just fine yesterday.

Can someone check for error codes? Just want to make sure it's just my 12v. I do have a new one, but didn't install it yet and it's been frigid.

If this is because of the 12v, why do I seem to have every warning except that one?

Thanks in advance.

Edit: Just noticed all of the 12v posts. Dammit. I'm one of those people now. Sorry.

P0AA2 in the BECM, so you need a new HVBJB.

12V is very low at 18% 11.3V, you'll need to boost or jump that to get it on the tow truck.

Damn. So it's not just the 12v? I was just messing with it trying to boost it to jump it. Not sure if that triggered it or not.

How come I don't have any of the typical warnings?

Any chance the voltage is low enough that when I tried to plug it in there wasn't enough voltage to close the contactors, which caused the error? And the charge fault? Because it was literally plugged in and charging fine prior, but it gets used very little during the week(sometimes only a 1 mile drive daily). And I've been plagued with 12v issues for a while, hence why I bought a new one. Just hadn't gotten time to install it.

That's possible, but the car should maintain the 12V battery so there's enough power to close the contactors. You have to remember that when the HVBJB contactors stick and start going bad, then the 12V battery won't stay charged. The stuck contactor appeared on the 15th and happened again today.

Also, remember you still have the original HVBJB which is under a recall and needs to be replaced anyway. So it's time to take it in and have that done. You're lucky it failed at home and not on the road. Charge the 12V battery for now to get it on the tow truck, and I'd replace it when you get it back from the dealer after the repair.

That's weird. The car was barely driven last week, except for the 16th and no sign of anything wrong.

I'll put it on the charger. Is there anyway for me to definitively tell if it's the hvbjb? I can get a FDRS subscription. I've had nothing but problems with the dealers around me and the last time I had an error code that I thought needed repair, it disappeared and never returned. Of course, only after a f*king nightmare trying to get it serviced.

So your VIN is listed for the HVJB recall and you are choosing to wait or refrain?

I'm just curious. And I admit that I would dread dealing with the dealership myself, but that's one recall that I'd want done.

I mean if you want to charge up the 12V battery and then try to jump start it too for good measure while pressing the start button, you can. If you still have a stop safely now error and can't get READY status then it's pretty definitive.

The stuck contactor can also be triggered outside of driving when charging starts or stops since that is also switching contactors.

Not on purpose. A mix of just busy and their complete incompetency. I've had it scheduled twice. Yet here we are....

Got it. Any idea why I'm not getting any of the powertrain or high voltage warnings? Of course Ford thinks my car is fine.

Sure hope you get this and the recall sorted.
Thanks, me too. The best was the last time I had it scheduled. My car wouldn't fast charge at full speed, and there was a temperature sensor code present. Scheduled an appointment for that and the hvbjb. Get a call after they pick up my car. "We can't diagnose your car. We don't have a DC fast charger." Really? You first realize that AFTER you get my car? Ok, fine. Just do the hvbjb. "Sorry, we can't do that because we don't have a DC fast charger and you said your port doesn't fast charge." Needless to say, I was speechless. After trying to figure out wtf that had to do with the hvbjb, I finally gave up and told them to just bring my car back. Then after installing updates via FDRS my fast charging was fine, so I forgot about it.
