I saw on Amazon that Shell has an Evse Has a 30 ft cord. Rated IP66. I live in south florida no garage. So has to sustain heat and rain I’m also looking at Grizzl-e as it is rated IP67. Any input. No deals from electric company or city. I’m still charging 110 as I just don’t drive that much and have been averaging over 4 miles per kw. Been using about 80 kw electrical per month for charging.

I tried it. The cable was thick and bulky, which I didn’t like. But it didn’t really matter because plugging it into the MME just resulted in the red ring of death. It was promptly returned to Amazon.

I thought someone had posted earlier that UL or some other spec limited the max cable length to either 24 or 25 ft?
Don’t buy a unit just based on cable length, make sure it is quality EVSE that will last.

I have the grizzle avalanche outside mounted. It is shaded most of the day, but exposed to rain and wind and it does fine.
