I bought a brand new 2023 MME GT and absolutely loved it. I drove it nonstop and after 9 days of driving before I even reached 1,000 miles, the wrench icon lit up with the notification to service the vehicle soon. The following day I took my car to the dealership where they told me that I had a faulty diverter valve and that they needed to place an order for the part.
Albeit annoying that the car ran into an issue so soon, I figured a quick fix under warranty wouldnāt be that big of a deal. However, itās been two months and the part is still on back order!
That leads me to ask the community if anyone else experienced a similar problem and how long did it take for the problem to get resolved. I only drove the car for 9 days and at this point, Iām starting to wonder when I will actually get to drive the new car that I bought months ago.
Has anyone had a similar problem and what was the wait like to receive the part?
