Firstly, sorry that this happened to you. Terrible luck.Thanks. Seems fishy so I am pushing them to just fix it.
But secondly -- Really? (That you'll have them fix it and you'll still take it?) My understanding is that the factory adhesive and installation process is generally superior to what you can get at a local glass installation shop. Plus if you think about how they'll have to take off the current roof and somehow cleanly remove old adhesive without causing more damage...
I could totally be wrong, so I'd like to hear what others know about the glass repair process.
