Hey just wanted to post an experiment that I just did. Couldn't find any threads that talk specifically about this other than the generic refills not fitting. So I purchased the "Slime 10179 Flat Tire Repair Kit (Sealant Refill)" since it looked exactly like the sealant bottle inside our portable air compressor that we get with our MMEs. Received it today and unfortunately it does NOT fit as is. So fortunately the Slime fluid does stay liquid once exposed to air (can you tell I looked that up) and so I unscrewed the new bottle and poured the contents in the existing bottle. To my surprise all the fluid fit. I then used the new air hose and screwed it on to the old bottle. I know I could have probably used the existing air hose but I figured better safe than sorry. The end of the new hose does not match up with the indentation on the compressor housing so if that will bug you then you should use the old hose. If you are comfortable with using the old hose and dial then you could order the larger "Value Size" 1 gallon jug "Slime 10206" and just refill it as you need it. I would be more worried about shelf life unless you are just prone to flats. Anyway hope this helps!!
