I, sadly, had a flat tire by hitting something that instantly flattened my front left tire (only 696 miles on the car).
I initially tried to use the Tire Repair Ket, but the sealant was leaking out between the tire and rim, so I had to get a tow to the dealership for a new tire ($439.24 out-the-door ).
As I used the Tire Repair Kit, is the hose still filled with sealant so that I can't use it again in just inflation mode without putting some sealant in what I'm inflating? Or is the amount in the hose insignificant so as to not have to worry about any residual sealant (I know I have to replace the sealant if I want to use the kit for selling purposing again)?
I can't find the answer to this in the forums, or on the general internet.
Thank you!
