Ford App Forgot Home Charger?

My car spent some time at the dealership last week for the windshield fix, a software update and replacing my rock-damaged radar sensor. All went well, but when I charged it that Friday night, it charged to 100% instead of 80%. The only saved charger in the app was the dealership location and after multiple charges at home, I still can’t save my home as “home” so I can reset the charging max. Any advice?

That worked! For some reason I thought all of that needed to be configured in the app. Has it always been available (and I am dense) or was that added at some point? ?

It's always been available in vehicle and in app.

AND, the vehicle's settings management is more reliable and more available than FordPass. FordPass is prone to failures caused by network/server/cloud outages between it and the vehicle, and of course its innate bugs.

AND, you're not dense. The number of settings is dense!

Similar issue after windshield recall. Would charge when plugged in at home and go to 100% rather than 90% as programmed. Had to delete Home, charge and then reset Home and 90% and all is good

I had the same issue after getting the CSP applied. Even after resetting the home charging location and charge time settings there were a couple times it failed to start charging by my schedule. Seems to have fixed itself??
