Apparently Ford’s charger network is down. I hadn’t noticed the blue light on my ford connected charger wasn’t illuminated. I was looking in the Ford app at the connected charge station to look at charge events.
It shows “connection lost” and I don’t have data from charges starting on 2/4/24.
I have called Ford and they said their system is down. They says it been down for a little bit. I know not very exact but that’s all they say. I ask if Ford is going to let everyone know and they say “no”.
I assume everyone else with a Ford charger is having the same problem, but there are no posts that I can find here.

I have both a Ford Connected Charge Station and a Ford Charge Station Pro (Pro is what is included with the Lightning ER). Connectivity with the Charge Station Pro has been down as stated, but my Connected Charge Station is fine.

The blue light is still functioning as usual on my FCCS. It is charging my vehicle as I type this.

It's still functional for me through FordPass, too.

The only thing that seems amiss is some charge events that weren't recorded on the last several Wednesdays. I'm fairly sure I charged the car on those Tuesday nights and unplugged on Wednesday morning before heading to work... I nearly never forget, so maybe it was off-network at those times and I didn't know. The car did charge, though.

I always seem to be missing events. I’ve never looked for a pattern.
