I’ve had no issues other than behind on updates no big deal to me. My only concern is like my dealer, they’ll take care of me as far as a loaner if there’s an issue, but they’re not an electric car dealer, so if they can’t work on them, why they let them have them and sell them that’s my only concern. I was told they are training their technicians in electrical vehicles at this time, they’re going to have to because they’ve got a couple of lightnings on a lot right now too..I've Had a very good experience with Ford and my dealer. BEACH FORD.
I just want to add that I’m not complaining. I love Ford, It’s just if you’re not a certified electric car dealer why do they give them to you, and when someone like me comes in and has never driven one or looked at one and fell head over heels for it and then don’t have the security that it will definitely be taken care if anything goes wrong with it, That’s my only whatever you wanna call it concern lol. One thing that threw me the other day was we were talking about a trade-in value, and they said you’re gonna have to check with Carmax lol since they don’t deal with that car.
