Ford Pass App not Responding

Anyone else's app just completely dead in the water, with the start feature just spinning? I can't do anything after starting the vehicle yesterday morning.

My app quit connecting to the vehicle on Dec. 7th right after the update. I haven't been able to get it back on line with the app.
