No indication it updated here either but they say yes. They noted we are in fleet mode which kind of make sense. Go into your conductivity settings and look at what you can not do. Not sure communication is broke but our cars may have been put in a different mode.Thanks. Other than cryptic update message in FP, there is no indication either in FP or the vehicle that I received an OTA prior the problem occurring. If they did push an update that broke communication between the vehicle and Ford cloud, I'm wondering whether they're going to be able to fix this problem with an OTA.
Usb C wired carplay working here now. App still locked at where it updated. Maybe they will wipe it out and install the new UI for us?
