Hi peeps, i am a new Mach e driver having come from a bmw x5 45e, must say what a stunning car to drive, it’s the GT extended range in grabber Blue, lightning quick! Anyways it was purchased from a local Ford dealer who had it new from October last year as a demonstrator so a couple of k on the clock, My issue is connecting Ford pass app to it, reset Ford pass on the vehicle when collected a week ago, I’ve still not managed to connect to the car with the app, I assume the car has connectivity as i get the message through on the app regarding “ I don’t have the authorisation rights”. Phoned Ford pass number on the website and he said everything looked fine. What is strange is if I turn connectivity off in general-settings , then go to another tab on the screen, then go back into connectivity, the blue icon is illuminated as if I’ve not turned it off, very bizarre , any ideas?
