Woke up today to find the power steering not working and a bunch of service alerts. Steering assist fault. Precollission assist fault. Etc.

I also found a message that the vehicle recently received the Ford Power-Up OTA Update. I'm guessing related.

Anyone else have this problem?

I had some features affected but nothing to that extent. My issues from the OTA were related to charge schedule, departure times, battery conditioning and PaaK.

Did anything reset after a few key power on cycles?

Key Power On Cycles? What is that? And did it resolve your issues?

If you're just talking about shutting off and restarting the car, that hasn't helped.

I received my OTA update last week and whether a coincidence or not I have not been able to charge my car on a level 2 charger since. I've been to the dealer 3 times since last week. I now have case number with Ford as my dealership is unable to find a solution

Hey there! This definitely doesn’t sound like the experience we want you to be having with your MachE– If you'd like to, go ahead and send a message to us with your VIN and approximate mileage. I’d be happy to look into this for you. Thanks!

The only thing I noticed is that the SecureAlert feature turned itself back on after the update.

I normally leave that feature off since my car is parked inside a garage .... I don't really need to worry about people opening the doors, etc.

Interesting as I as well have had issues after the update. I was blaming it on my so called Paak module short. My car no longer wants to charge at night, battery issues, connection problems.

I've read several people say they had charging problems after the update. Some specifically with Level 2 chargers. Luckily for me, that's one problem I don't have. Charged just fine last night on my home charger. (ChargePoint.)

I still have not seen SecuriAlert on the app for my car. ? ? My car received a generic OTA update the day I picked it up and 1.6.0 on Monday. ?‍♂

Yes. That is what I was referring to.
The update somehow messed up my car so it wouldn't charge when the schedule arrived unless I woke it up. Same for departure times and battery cooling when parked on plug.

I made zero changes to any of my settings and after a couple days, the charge schedule started working on time without waking the car.
Departure times are hit and miss. Worked yesterday and day before but not today. To be fair, that issue existed prior to the update though.

For battery cooling when parked on plug....
@macchiaz-o 's work around was working for me but after the update even our "fix" was broke. Now I have to wake up the car to get the battery cooling to work.

Have you tried toggling Connected Services off and back on? This is a setting in the car.

No idea if that will help. @Shayne mentioned it in another thread and it has the ring of plausibility (given all we do and don't know at this time).

I did NOT try that... But I'm not having exactly the same issues as you. I did have connectivity wonkiness in the vehicle... Like it wouldn't let me modify my home charging location preferences. The UI wouldn't finish loading that page. I assume that was a cloud issue, since I also couldn't change charge settings via FordPass anymore. They wouldn't sync to the vehicle.

As of yesterday or the day before, that stuff started working again with no changes on my part.

I have not tried it. Don't even know what connected services is but I will find that setting and give it a try.

The FordPass broke on me today. Well, maybe the last couple of days. I don't get the tabs on the Vehicle page so I can't select Manage EV to adjust my charge settings. I logged out and now can't remember my password. I wrote it down so I will look it up tomorrow. Another night where the car won't charge I guess. :) I am too lazy to go out and change the settings in the car. Luckily I can charge at the office if need be....

This has been happening on mine for a few weeks now. Go to the vehicle page... Wait for it to finish loading. Sometimes it's "fast" for me, sometimes up to 20-30 seconds.

If the EV tab and other stuff isn't showing up, drag down on that page and you'll see a little refresh circle at the top of the display. When you get that, let go and wait another 30-ish seconds for it to reload. That typically brings back most of the tabs for me.

Sometimes I get an error that "partial data was received" or something similar.

There are clearly integration issues at Ford. And the symptoms keep changing, so I think they must be working on stuff, so maybe it'll get better. (Or maybe worse.)

I logged out and now can't remember my password. I wrote it down so I will look it up tomorrow.
I can help you out with that now, assuming no one else would bother reading this far into this reply: 'monkey123' (except without the apostrophes and without the numbers).
