Got it. You are right - a better placement.It's in the settings; an icon in the picture where you change drive modes. Now that I know it's there, I prefer it here.
I had the same issue but did not know it (wasn't paying attention). Evidently, there were so many updates they could not process OTA. The dealer had to do it and It took almost 2 days to catch me up! The real shock was the complete remodel of the user interface. I had to relearn where everything was, but it is ultimately a better layout.
This is a job 1 only issue. We have never had a remote frunk release.
Please go to the FDRS assistance page and ask for someone to look up your VIN to see what modules are pending update. Your car might be “stuck” and may need the intervention of someone with an FDRS rig (either a dealer or a private party) to un-stick it. ??
Hmmm.. I don't think I have a Job 1 (2022 GT produced late Feb 2022) maybe. But , as Harryiii pointed out, there is a release at settings - just above the image of the car. Kinda hard to see if you are in dark mode, but it is there. I have PowerUp 4.2.2. Hope this helps.
You do not have a job 1. They ran through the end of June 2021, then cut over to job 2.

Still 4.2.2 but I keep hearing the tones when I start the car that either I have an update (or the lights are no longer on Auto.) But still 4.2.2 when I check it.

The Frunk and rear hatch release button is located in the upper right corner of the car picture in the driver mode selection screen on the new ui. They blend in fairly well and can be hard to see.
