I had the same problem and had to clear the cache and force stop. That fixed it.The new Ford Pass 5.0 doesn't seem to display my crick info. It's pretty but didn't work without that data. (2021 MachE GT)
I'll emphasize that using 3rd party tools like this is prone to an instant account lock when caught...Would be nice to have more info on home screen, like the Ford Status Widget that I love (Play store for Android). Think there is an iOS version as well.
This would be fantastic to get in a future update. But I am over the moon with 5.0. Ford went from archaic to modern in a dashTrucks got it, not sure why we got left out.

Selecting location is displaying information the app already has, it's not actually "refreshing" data if that's what you're thinking. It will always be the last information sent from the vehicle at that point in time.
You can get it in the Play Store. I've never had and authorization issue and have been using it for over a year. You can read more about it on this thread:
All iOS applications have a "App Support" button that will lead you to a help website. There should be a few options there.
Thanks much. That did it. I just went to "apps" on my phone, hit force stop, re-select and it came up with appropriate display data including SOC, etc
I noticed that the map doesn't consistently appear when selecting location and public charging. It could be something to do with the google maps interaction. The map will appear maybe one or two times out of ten.
That sounds like a potential bug. I would report it to Ford and walk them through the steps, OS version, etc.
Not sure if it was your call or not, but thank you to whoever decided to ditch here maps and integrate directly with google maps.

Yes. The car has to be plugged in. When I got the updated app, my car was already at the target charge level. I pressed start and it said charging to 100. I donāt know if that button is there when you first start charging. Which I hope is there. I wouldnāt want to wait until it reaches 90 before I have to tell it to go 100.
Did you see that screenshot that I put on there when I tried to add another charge time or location and thereās no location select wonāt even accept one. You already have time in the letters or the words home for instance?
