I have tried all of the trouble shooting tips except for deleting the app and starting over, and I could to use to get this message that ford pass is not responding. Worked fine for my first three days then all of a sudden I can’t program charging or departing times. Suggestions appreciated.

I've had an open ticket with FordPass support for two months now. I've reinstalled the app many times, performed two master resets, and no luck.

Workaround is to set those up in the car instead.

That’s not great news. But I guess I’m not the only one with the issue then.

My ford pass went screwy yesterday after I updated to the new app version for IOS.
Wouldn't show correct charge level or charging banner when plugged in.
I deleted app, paak and reinstalled paak & backup key and now its back to normal.

I got this one. You are in departure times. Departure times requires sharing your data with Ford. Try turning off connected services and turning them on again. You may need to delete your PAAK and Ford Pass and try again. Make sure you have Bluetooth on. Also you mast have at least 1 charge session to set some preferences. So if you recently reset your system, you must charge the car once before you can set charge levels or departure times.

I had the same Issue for my MachE 2023, brought in Nov 2022 and i started in Jan 2023, Had to many trips to dealers and with Ford customer support. Finally they replace with new the Instrument Panel and all is good for last 1.5 years. (Though they where couple of more replacement parts :) for other issues)

So incredibly frustrating. My car is parked at the airport, charging to 100%, and there is nothing i can do about it. I even took the time to establish a charging session, stop it, and re-establish so my charging location was in the app, intending on using the app to limit the charge to 90% as recommended.

How incredibly easy it would be to add a master slider bar to set the max charge limit at all locations. But, alas, the new app version has all the same compicated location b*llsh*t as the old app. Thanks, Ford software engineers...

Where do you turn off and on connected services? That option is not in my ford.com connected services page, and in the car I have flipped every connectivity and data sharing toggle multiple times.

You might need to do a 12V reset on the car too (lift negative terminal) in addition to rebooting your phone.

Thanks @Mach-Lee . I performed a complete 12v reset, enabled all of the above data options, uninstalled and reinstalled FordPass on my phone. Deleted all PaaK, and reenabled PaaK, and I'm still facing the same issues.

Is there an order of operations I need to try if I were to do another 12v reset? Or is it time to go to the dealer? Thanks again for your help as always.

I've seen the 12v reset mentioned a few times and I see how to access the 12v poles, but what I guess I am missing or have not found is how to actually perform the reset.
