It hasn't been updating for a week. I tried to delete and re-install and now is asking to set up PAAK again but won't connect. PAAK actually seems to be working find though.

Now PAAK has stopped working as well. I've never had this problem in four years of ownership. Thank god I keep my key in a faraday cage. When I try to re-do the PAAK, it gets hung up on "Connecting to vehicle" then throws a code 97 error.

Same issue here in France. PAAK works though.

I was able to connect my PAAK again, and the app refreshed for a second, but now it's not refreshing again.

Pull the 21-22 fuse or the negative 12V battery cable for a few minutes.
I'm looking into possibly doing that, it's just very difficult to do on a 2021 Job 1 build. Also I think the fuse number is different by build and I'm not sure how to confirm.

Fordpass on my Galaxy S24+ was not connecting to my car, although PAAK was still working. Clearing cache didn't help. Rebooting the phone fixed it.

Pretty sure it's not a phone issue, but a car side TCU issue. It's not updating on Ford website dashboard either. Probably just need to go to the dealership, but pretty annoying for such a minor thing.

Fuse 21 is by the front passenger's feet. It's behind a cover. Pulling the 12V negative cable requires removing the rear panel in the frunk.

I'm also seeing that fuse 11 is the TCU for my build maybe?

Fuse 11 is the one for you. I misread your earlier comment. Pull it and let the car sit for 5+ minutes. They can be a bit stiff to get out, so be careful.

Otherwise, pulling the negative battery cable works, but you'll risk sending a clip or two into oblivion. Your choice of poison. ;)

I've had this for a few weeks and tried to pull the fuse. Do they come all the way out? I'm on a 25 GT as well so is it actually fuse 11?

Look in your manual for the fuse with the word "Gateway". That is the modem which may cause connectivity issues. Alternatively, you can look at the connectivity section in your menu and see if the Hotspot shows the connectivity icon beside it. If not, definitely look at pulling your gateway fuse.

Verify the gateway fuse location in your owner's manual. They are different for various years. 2021 appears to be fuse 11. My 2022 is fuse 20/21. Your 2025 may be different.

I realize this reply may be meaningless but are you referring to FordPass app or Ford app? My understanding it was changed. Have you updated to the Ford app? (you may just be calling it the old FordPass name even though you are actually using the Ford app) only reason I state this is perhaps, if you haven’t, you need to move to the new app.
