Fordpass does not save charge time settings

My 2023 Mach-E was recently re-calibrated by a Ford dealer. Since then, my preferred charge settings do not work. I try to set them but the app just does not save anything. Every time I hit the save button, I get the message you see on the screenshot. I turn the engine on and sit in the car trying to work with the app settings and still no luck! What should I do?

Set your charging settings in the SYNC screen in the car, not in the App.

It use to work in FordPass app but now it is out of sync with what the charge plan in the car is. Not sure why but I’m just ignoring it in FordPass and applying updates in the car.

FordPass will eventually update with whatever you programmed in the car. It used to work by setting directly in FordPass, but one of the updates a few months back broke that and I haven’t heard it was restored yet.

I never set charge times on app, never thought to, always used charge point’s settings instead.

I do find pre-condition times don’t save from the app though.

Does it run on Windows 3.1??‍

Did you try deleting and reinstalling the app?

My charge settings are still working through the app. I recently reset the times due to a road trip.

I do not know if it matters, but I have an Android.

You need to set charges times in the car.

Setting charge times in the app has not worked in my 8 months and from my reading it has never worked. The app reports the changes made on the car
