FordPass Error CSIAH0004E

Is anybody else experiencing this?
I can log in to the website just fine but not the app. I’m an iPhone user with the latest iOS uodate.
I’ve tried uninstalling multiple times.
I’ve hard reset my phone a few times.
My login works on a friend’s phone.
My friends login does not work on my phone either.
I have also changed my password three different times.

Any ideas?

I've noticed Ford has server side issues, particularly on the weekends.
Seems weird because you can access the website, but not FordPass right now.

If you can, wait until Monday mid-day, and try again. Sounds ridiculous, but you may get a different result by then.
