FordPass not showing Distance Added

Having this happen now every time I charge. It’s the same for at work or at home. Car charges fine, it’s just not showing the distance added anymore. Are other people experiencing this as well?

That meaningless data point should be removed entirely. You added 10.3 kWh. That could be 60 km, it could be 35 km, or something else.

Close the app, hard reboot the phone, clear the cache etc. then restart the app and see if it works going forward. The info still shows up in FP for me but, as mentioned, it’s of dubious value.

It did not show for me for awhile. Then it was back without me knowingly doing anything. I just ignored it.

Meaningless Indicator of Performance

Usually gone for me now too. I did have miles added populate one time after quite a bit of time on the charger. I actually like seeing it, as it is reasonably accurate for me. For reference, yesterday my PHEV managed 14 electric miles on an initial 31 mile estimate.

I’ve spoke to Ford Pass and it’s a known issue and will be resolved in their next update. Mine shows maybe 50% of the time. Generally on level 3

my distance added goes up and down while I'm charging and NEVER has any bearing in what actually is being added.
