FordPass "preferred charge time" does not work?

some times fordpass loses connectivity. and usually comes back in a couple hours. Might give it a try a couple hours. You can double check that you've got the latest version of fordpass, you can also try turning the phone off and back on, but I think it's one of those intermittent periods when fordpass goes off line. In the app does it say when the vehicle status was last updated?

the status can be pulled ok, it says updated just now. But saving changes seems not working

Well known issue. Update your settings in the car Charging menu and not in FordPass if having problems.

^^ This ^^. I've had the car for 52+ k miles and I never use FordPass when overnight charging.

It has always been more reliable to use the menus in the car to set up charging and departure times, rather than using the app.

Well known issue. Update your settings in the car Charging menu and not in FordPass if having problems.

But this used to work before.
Now it always gives me not responding error.

Must’ve had an update at sometime because setting pre-conditioning never worked on FP app before but now works every time without fail, it’s brilliant now!
