ForScan or Hardware for sequential LED headlights

I'm wondering if adding the sequential turn headlights is simply a ForScan mod or a hardware swap between Premium and Select trims.

I get the Premium is a LED Projector vs the Select LED Reflector but are they really that much different?

I just did my first mod with ForScan (hands free liftgate) so I'm diving down the rabbit hole and wondering what else I could look at. Just no idea where to start.

The headlights are completely different. Most likely the base headlights do not have individually addressable LEDs to save money. There is a headlight control module too. A swap may be more than just swapping the headlights themselves. I've seen this on many Fords in the past.

I'm wondering if anyone here succeeded in retrofitting the Premium LEDs into a select Model?

I know other then the obvious differences, IIHS rated the headlights on the Premium and Gt as Good, versus the others as Marginal. Quite the drop in rating
