Front door panel removal

I have a rattle in my driver's side door and would like to remove the door panel to track it down. I removed the 2 screws along the bottom, and was able to pop the clips at the front, but got stuck at the rear of the panel. Something was holding on tight, there must be a screw or something stronger than a panel clip holding on. I couldn't find any obvious covers or panels that I could remove back there to get to whatever is holding tight. I am sure I saw someone post some shop manual grabs of the panel removal, but I can't find them. Any help would be appreciated!

Circling back around to this one, those diagrams don't show if there is a screw and not clips on the rear (left side of driver's) of the door holding it on. I can get the front side clips to pop, but something is holding that rear side and and can't find where that bolt/screw is.

Pick Hook

Interior Trim Remover

Removal
NOTE: Left hand drive (LHD) shown, right hand drive (RHD) similar.
NOTE: Left hand (LH) shown, right hand (RH) similar.
NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

1. Release the clips and remove the front door trim panel upper bolts cover.
   Use the General Equipment: Interior Trim Remover

1. Remove the front door trim panel upper bolts.
   Torque: 48 lb.in (5.4 Nm)

1. Release the tabs and remove the front door trim panel side screw cover.
   Use the General Equipment: Pick Hook

1. Remove the front door trim panel side screw.
   Torque: 13 lb.in (1.5 Nm)

1. Remove the front door trim panel lower bolts.
   Torque: 13 lb.in (1.5 Nm)

1. Release the front door trim panel clips.
   Use the General Equipment: Interior Trim Remover

1. 
   Remove the front door trim panel.
   1. Lift upward and outward on the front door trim panel.
2. 1. Disconnect the front door interior cable eyelet from the front door interior handle.
3. 1. Release the front door interior cable retaining tabs.
4. 1. Slide the front door interior cable through the opening.
5. 1. Disconnect the front door trim panel electrical connector.

Installation

1. NOTE: Transfer parts as necessary.
   To install, reverse the removal procedure.
