Ok. So. I had a RTE 1. Long story short I got a GT AS a replacement. Worked fine from October to January 4th when it became a brick. The shop had it for three weeks, everything seemed ok. Now I got an alert yesterday about service asap. Of course this happened Saturday afternoon at 4 pm. Well on my app I got power train malfunction/ reduced power AND high voltage battery warning.
Now I have had it back for less than a month and now I have to go back to the shop. Anyone else having a lot of issues? I understand new car and technology but seriously I am getting really upset here. Is there something that I am doing wrong? Car has less than 6800 miles on it and I am getting aggravated with the service department as most of them see, like under trained monkeys. Not the tech the idiots at the counter don’t seem to understand that when it shuts down it’s down. Maybe I am asking for too much

I am trying to find a good contact. I had one when I had problems with my CA Route 1. Once I got the GT I moved and lost their information.

Mine has the same issue. Car is at dealership since a month. You're definitely not at fault here. Mine is in for HVJB and BECM replacement. Hope Ford brings out a solution asap.

Worst part is. I bought it in GA and moved to FL. So now I don’t even get a loaner. Just really sad to spend this amount of money on a car and spend most of the time in the shop. Been seriously considering selling it

So I looked through all your vehicle history and man you have a lot going on. The trouble codes are similar to those caused by some of the other members here who have cold climate issues, but there's a lot of codes that I've never seen on any other cars before, including the cold climate issue.

They did replace the BECM and the Junction Box, just like Dhruval mentioned, which I'm guessing Ford told them to do. Based on the records the dealership has put a lot of time into it and ran a lot of tests, I don't think they're not trying but I'm not very optimistic about your outcome here. I think it's time for them to go back to the drawing board.

Please keep us informed on what happens.

I just want to reach over the counter and bash the idiots head into the keyboard. Did I mention I have a short temper? Maybe I need to eat an extra edible before I go in tomorrow. You can call them and create a ticket with them. It will then get sent to the dealership so that they know they are being "cuddled". Honestly, I don't think the dealership is to blame here based on what I've seen them trying and the amount of hours they have logged.

I'm not saying your issue is because of climate. There's just some parallels to the cold climate issues.

Most people with this issue are living in extreme cold regions. This is the first time I heard about the same issue in Florida. Mine worked with no issues in summers and as temaratures dropped, this all started
