Got my mat yesterday. I'll give it a try today, but not hopeful it will make any difference. No points yet - but my original 22k points were useless anyway. I might be able to use the new points to get a discount on SiriusXM though.

The mat is identical to the one from my 2022 CR1. I can't imagine how bad the original charger was if this is the improved one. ?

New mat is just as useless as the old mat, and the AOSK replacement. Because the charger itself doesn't work.

Personally my confidence in this recall actually working is low. We are still seeing HVBJB issues in 2023 GT models.

I finished my HVBJB recall last week, and just got a UPS alert about a package shipping from Renkim Projects.

What is the gift card for? Ford service? How much is it?

I completed my recall in May of this year… I received the mat but never the gift card or the rewards points. I reached out to FordPass rewards by phone and they had a really hard time finding anyone who knew anything about this program. I’m the original and only owner of the vehicle… Anyone have any tips? I would love to use the points towards a cargo liner mat!

Now that I have the new mat and a new phone (iPhone 16Pro), the wireless charging actually works!

Now that I have the new mat and a new phone (iPhone 16Pro), the wireless charging actually works!
New 2024 GT, iPhone Pro 15 and iPhone 15. No charging to speak of, still handwarmers. We had an extended power outage (charged the car to 100% just before), so tried this again and it still didn't matter. Fortunately, I keep a cable as backup.

We might have to switch carriers soon and then maybe upgrade the phone, but unlikely.

I did the HVJB Recall in October. The 30,000 points showed up 4 weeks later and the replacement charging pad 6 weeks later. The charging pad package included a letter with a QR scan code to access a website to specify whether your $50 compensation would be an Amazon gift card or a mail check. The deadline to use is Dec 31, 2024. I'm not sure when the compensation started, but it sound like it's ending in December. Are you sure did not toss the enclosed letter before reading it? The number listed to call was the Ford Concierge Team at 1-833–807-3673, Mon-Fri.

Are you sure did not toss the enclosed letter before reading it? The number listed to call was the Ford Concierge Team at 1-833–807-3673, Mon-Fri.
I'd echo this suggestion - the letter doesn't seem like it's a gift card. It just seems like a polite form letter, but if you read all the way to the bottom, it has a paragraph about scanning a QR code to get your $50 Amazon gift card or $50 mailed check.
