Gouged Door Trim Panel

So the soft part of the door panel trim in the backseat on the driver’s side got gouged in the soft paneling part under the window. It is most likely too deep for vinyl repair kits to work.

I’m having trouble trying to figure out on Ford Parts if this soft piece is it’s own part or if I’m going to need the whole inner panel trim for this one gouge. I’ll admit I don’t quite fully understand the diagrams when looking at the parts or which colors are actually representative of my trim. Does anyone happen to have any knowledge or experience with this?

My car: 24 RWD SR PREMIUM with the tan and grayish-black interior trim.

Door panels, at least on Ford vehicles, are all one piece. You will need to get the entire panel. They run between $500-$1000. My recommendation would be to find one in a junk yard to get one cheaper.
