Anyone else experience intermittent GPS Issues using Google Navigation on Android Auto? It worked flawlessly with my Explorer but I have random GPS dropped signals on my Mach e

Yes all the time going back to the dealership again 3rd time. Working one second and then I get phone disconnected. They have reset soft and hard on sync same issues.

is your issue isolated to AA? does it work with no phone plugged in? does it work with carplay?

for my case the answer was no to all of those. they did soft and hard reset, in the end the antenna hardware needed to be replaced,

The only time I've experienced that on my vehicle is when the car itself lost GPS signal (AA uses the car GPS).

The built in nav would also quit working, since it was the car GPS itself that quit.

But it's been over a year since that issue has popped up. Software updates seem to have taken care of it
