Heated seats always at high

How can I change the setting to set heated seats at low when starting the car remotely or pre departure cabin temp setup. It is always at high and I have to manually set it low after getting into the car.

There’s a setting in the car for HVAC on remote start. I’m guessing you have it set to warmest. I can’t remember exactly what each setting is called.
There is also a setting to use the last state when you shut the car off Instead of the three levels. That’s what I use.

Set the heated seat to 'Auto'. It'll start off warm while pre-conditioning/remote starting, then it will automatically adjust the settings (lower heat) while you are driving.
