It’s been over two weeks since we’ve taken our MachE and we still haven’t been able to setup PaaK.
My wife and I both have iPhones (XS and 12Mini). Everytime I’ve installed the FordPass app and gone through setup, we’ve both never even gotten the option to try to add PaaK. All of the instructions for setup reach a step where we are supposed to “Follow the prompts” but there are none.
I’ve tried restarting from scratch with several master resets and it hasn’t changed anything. Wife is getting sick of setting everything back up so I’m not sure how many more resets she’ll let me attempt. Calling Ford customer service got us a case number: (CAS30470272) and we were supposed to be contacted within 5 days, but that hasn’t happened.
Ive attached a screenshot of the App, I’ve seen screenshots from other posters that have an add PaaK section, but that is just missing entirely for me. CarPlay and Bluetooth setup works fine otherwise.
It seems like most of the other PaaK issues on the forum have been with Android phones failing during the setup process, has anyone else experienced the failure to even get to setup with iPhones and if so, how how were you able to resolve it?
