I previously had 15 or 20 radio programmed channels, now I have only 2 rows of 5. Anybody else have this happen? Anyway way to revert back to more than 2 rows of 5? Thanks

In the past, updates used to mess with presets. If your car is way, way behind on updates, this could be the cause. Have someone on the FDRS thread check your VIN.

Another possibility is that your car selected a different profile than your normal one.

Many thanks, have auto updates and just got one Friday. I’ll check with profiles. 👍

In general, to select the number of rows of presets:
Go to the Settings menu on your touchscreen
Select Radio settings
Look for Presets Display or Preset Layout options
Choose your preferred number of rows (typically 2, 3, or 4 rows)

Yes, when I had an update it went back to two rows of preset channels. I went into the presets as described above and set it to more rows it also brought back the missing ones I had saved.
