Horrible beep

I get a horrible beep every time I first move after parking, both forward and reverse. I have no idea what it signifies but I detest it and want to disable it.
Anybody know how? Does not seem to be related to the child lock

Can you record a short video of this, with the camera showing your instrument cluster?

I will try and take one tomorrow.
Also, I cannot find this warning symbol of a crossed hand in the manual:

That symbol means auto brake hold is temporarily unavailable. You'll see it when you start the car, or just after you change gears.
