Hi. My Premium 2wd ext battery charges to 257 miles showing as 100%. I have a long trip coming up, how do I bypass the fictional 100% to be able to charge to 300 miles, or real 100%, some of the time?

You can only charge 88kw of battery, which is 100% today.

The 300+ miles of range estimate is for around town driving. If you are going out on the open road and plan to travel at speeds up to 75 mph then you should plan for no more than 250 miles of range for your first leg. Subsequent legs will be 200 miles (assuming you DC Fast Charge to 80%). All this assumes fairly level ground. If mountains are involved then range could be much less. Know your route. If this is your first EV road trip then ask some questions and people here will help you out.

Do not expect to see 300 miles of range at interstate speeds or you will likely be disappointed.

so it will keep charging even tho it says 100%?
Yes, you will be alerted you've reached 100% but some say if you keep it on the charger for an additional 72 hours, you will see it reach 101% and gain 300 miles of range. Look it up!

I read on the internet that, if you tilt the car when you’re charging it, you can get more electrons into the battery, just like tilting an odd shaped bottle to get a little bit more liquid in ???

Wow, really? Spreading internet fables like this? Pretty outrageous.

Everyone knows that you don't tilt it, you have to tap the side of the car with the frunk open to let it "burp". A sledge hammer on the right fender, 3 quick hits, usually works I've read on the internets.
