If you placed your order directly with a dealer (not online), how did you find out when your car is scheduled for production?
Did you get a call from the dealer?
An email from Ford?
Call into Ford?

If you placed your order directly with a dealer (not online), how did you find out when your car is scheduled for production?

For me, it was all of the above. Been waiting on progress since last year and have called Ford each month, along with my dealership.

Ultimately my salesperson contacted me 2 weeks ago after returning my call and let me know i was scheduled for production. A few days later I got an email from Ford with a production week and a VIN. I did also call Ford and got a confirmed date of built in that week.

For me, placed order at dealer. Bugged them till I knew it was confirmed. After shipping constantly looking at Palsapp till car hit KC. Managed to find some one who help with tracking on the rails to SoCal. When I know it hit Richmond CA started writing dealer for tracking and looking at my order in line.

yesterday looked on line saw finalize preperation and got a call from my dealer.

I was over kill on track .

Someone mentioned a car that matched mine being in the 3/28 build week, which tied to what my dealer said to expect. After incessant smashing of f5 on the tracker, it updated to "Order Received." Next day I got an email from Ford with 3/28 build week, and the next day I got a note from my dealer.
