How does loaner allowance work

I called the two dealers nearby and neither of them offer loaners. Is the loaner allowance on my service/extended warranty plan pointless then?

My GPS has been wrong for a month now, I still don't have blue cruise, and I'd like to get my 1 year servicing done all in one go. Judging by the competency level of most of these dealerships I'm not thinking it can get done in 1 day....

alright i guess i need to ask that... to be honest when the person i called talked about replacing my spark plugs i didn't try to keep them on the phone much longer...

I have the same issue. The dealer wants the car for three days to do any module updates. (mine needs two updates) They never have any loaner cars available. They always offer that ford will pay up to $40.00 for a rental car for one day. (i hope a ford CSR reads this) If you are going to have my car for three days, I want a loaner for three days. A rental car for one day is not acceptable. I am giving you a $60,000. dollar car for three days and you offer a $40.00 rental, This is unacceptable. I want a Mustang or SUV or something comparable at your cost. Why should I be put out while you fix something that was your fault?
