Hi there, I’m korean living in CA who have mach e premium extended range
As I know, a lot of tesla users have been getting upgrade to enhance the performance like 0-60 or driving modes.
I’m wondering if there are some plans to enhance the mach e performance through the OTA or something like that excluding GT, I know GT has an option to upgrade for the performance,
Please let me know bros, if you have some information
Thank you in advance guys

As of this time there are no power upgrades that can be done, so you’re limited to traction upgrades (tires and wheels, suspension tuning) to get a better “hook-up” and old-fashioned weight reduction. ??

@DK_KIM Welcome to the forum. Your question has been discussed on various threads on the forum. I think many MME owners wish we could turn off the 5 second feature that limits full power acceleration. I recommend you do some searching to get more details. Others with more knowledge have provided their input.

Bottom line, Ford's design (general consensus) of the first three years of MMEs will not support the current (amperage) demand for full power acceleration until the car hits maximum speed. The 2024 and 2025 MMEs have been designed to meet that current demand. The option to have that full power is a way for Ford to charge customers additional money for what they consider an upgrade.

No, you're stuck with what you have. You'll have to buy a 2024 or later GT to get better performance.

Easiest way for a GT to increase 0-60 acceleration is to get better (stickier) tires.

By 10k miles on my stock tires I could spin all the way to 30 mph.

Better tires made a huge difference.

We've been hearing those rumors since shortly after @0t60-3.5 took the first GT-PE delivery. While I am hoping there's something coming down the pike I am not going to set any expectation that anything substantial will be done. ?‍♂?

Like replacing a huge hunk of steel roof with a nice, lightweight lass roof? ????

just kidding of course!

LOL more like removing the entire interior, getting rid of anything that doesn’t move the car, replacing stuff with lighter weight materials, hollowing out bolt heads, gun-drilling stuff, etc. ??
