How to plan a trip in Mach-e

Is there a way to insert a charging stop at a specific point in a trip? I did a 350 mile trip into NYC, and it planned a stop about 1/2 way that would get me into Manhatten with about 15% battery remaining.

But what I really want to do is stop about 30 minutes out side of NYC and get about 50% in so I have enough charge in NYC to not have to worry about it until I am ready to leave.

I couldn't figure out how to add a charging stop.

Any ideas? Is there a way to do trip planning via an iphone with apple car play? I think that would work better anyway as I use carplay a lot.

Or the ABRP App. You can add specific charging stops to your route.

This is similarly difficult when adding a charging station. It isn't obvious what the "best" ones are and the map function is difficult to use on the phone.

But I did discover that you can set the "end charge %" for the end of the trip. This works perfectly, adding a 2nd stop so I end up in NYC mostly charged.
