Humming when not charging

I have seen messages about a humming noise when charging. My GTPE hums when not charging. When I pull in my garage with the car still on there is a constant hum from the frount of the car. It stops when I turn it off. Is this some kind of fan running to cool the battery pack. I can sit in the car for 20 minutes with it on and the humming never stops.

If it's only doing the humming while the car is on or charging it sounds like it would be the coolant pump, to me. That thing seems to be relatively loud.

Hmm, it seems to be getting worse. It has gotten louder and seems to do it more often. I hear it when driving at moderate speeds. It is louder than any wind/road noise.

When I park in my garage, sometimes I like to finish listening to the song that is playing. I can't do this because the noise is so loud and distracting. It only stops when I turn the car off. But it seems to sporadically start humming again while charging. Family members will tell me that when they go into the garage it is loudly humming. When I go into the garage, it detects PaaK and starts humming. It stops when I unplug the charger but starts back up when driving. Seems unusually that the car hums almost constantly. It is coming from the front driver side of the car.

Pedestrian sounds turn off when in park. (Low pitch waaaaaaaa) Goes away at 21+ or 25+ mph Drive next to a wall with the windows down you'll hear it
LED light fans don't turn off until the lights are off (higher pitched hum)
Coolant pump when charging, should turn off when unplugged (3rd different hum I believe louder on the passenger front side of the car) (Possible recall issue as noted above)
Car wake up "Click a click click" HVJB contactors or some other contactor energizing the car.

If you're tool handy, pop the cover off the battery under the frunk and pull the negative 12v lead for ~20 min
