While it very well may be his HVBJB has blown based on the OP's subsequent posts, your statement is absolutely false. These indicators are more or less the equivalent of the check engine light on an ICE car. There's specific DTCs which correspond to a blown HVBJB but a number of different conditions may result in a high voltage warning.
