High voltage battery warning means high voltage battery warning. It’s his HVBJB.
While it very well may be his HVBJB has blown based on the OP's subsequent posts, your statement is absolutely false. These indicators are more or less the equivalent of the check engine light on an ICE car. There's specific DTCs which correspond to a blown HVBJB but a number of different conditions may result in a high voltage warning. from what i was reading it seemed like dc fast charging might b the bigger problem, have you done that a lot at high kw?
I’m on my 3rd HVBJB (including the original) and have never, not once, DCFC’d.

Just dropped off the vehicle at Heiser Ford in Glendale WI. I explained to them that it took nearly 3 months to get the last one replaced and had to take it to the other shop across town to finally get it taken care of after a dozen visits and just as many phone calls. The manager on duty was very receptive. (I was not being a dick about just explaining the history and I get shortages and new cars and technology)

He said he would have his tech look at it ASAP and he was a man of his word. I got a call 2 hours later and they reviewed the data and issue and I was correct on the diagnosis. It was the HVBJB again. They said they are ordering a new part today and hope to have me up and running in 1-2 weeks. I'll be updating this as I get more details or if things change.

I'm really disappointed with @Ford Motor Company claiming to have addressed this issue with yet again another failure. This is my 4th Ford Vehicle and my wife is looking at an explorer now. I am frankly a little hesitant with how this has been going.

I am often asked how I like my car as it's a rare sight in Milwaukee WI. My answer since last summer has been, It's the best car I have owned, but you should look at a Tesla. When it comes to EVs, ford gave it a great effort, but Having driven the tesla dozens of times and talking with other tesla owners, it's just a better buy on most levels. Especially when it comes to issues like these and the terrible software updates and lack of transparency.

I really really want to be team Ford, but they aren't making it easy. I am eyeing the new Model 3 for when my lease is up. I just can't think of a good reason to stick with a mach E after my experiences with the vehicle. Ford has a big hill to climb.

Well, it’s been a year and I was told I had the upgraded HVBJB unit and now it looks like it’s broken again. reduced power and maintenance light request again :(

it looks like the new unit has the same lifespan as my original unit.

Hate to say this, but Lemon Law.
lemon law only covered first year. I actually qualified for the lemon law on the first year as it took several months for them to address the issue but I was willing to work with ford on it. I’m not here to be a pain in the ass and complain but there are limits.
