I need another charger!

I had to call the dealer again today and they agreed to look at the charger, but said they are on back order with no ETA. He said there a none in the country at all! How is this at all possible? I ordered the Grizzl-e from Amazon -- the seller is out of Canada and assures me it is the updated Firmware. Should have tomorrow. Fingers crossed that it works good!!!

This is a great example of where @Ford Motor Company fails customers. You, @Oneoone, are a Ford owner. All the people that haven't received their cars yet, are not. Therefore, if they aren't smart enough to keep adequate inventory for replacements, they should pull one at the plant and send it to your dealer. You, the current owner, come before all the potential owners.

Every dealer should have at least one on hand at all times. It's one thing they can test quickly and just hand off to make owners happy. It was my primary way to charge, which I guess in hindsight I should have went with an more permanent solution and kept this as a backup. I ended up spending any $ I am saving on gas for a year having to pay to update my electric situation as it is.

Here is the one I have used from Home Depot. Works perfectly, and has a super long cord.

The dealer was great and took in the car - did my tire rotation , a bunch of updates and will be ordering a new adapter. There is no eta on the adapter, but my Grizzl-e unit seems to be working great. The only thing now is I notice about 50 less miles per charge on my standard battery- only like 181 miles for 100% , when before was getting 226 something? Could this be an update or just the adjustment to Winter in PA?
