Inconsistency loading driver profiles?

My wife and I each have profiles configured on the car. After the 3.3.1 OTA update, several times the car doesn't load either profile and usually we don't notice until after we are driving. To fix it we have to reboot SYNC with the volume down/right arrow and then go in and select a profile to make active. I love the car but these little things drive me nuts. Things like this should just work.

Does your car not have the 1/2/3 profile buttons on the driver door? That's been the standard workaround but now I wonder if not all trims have them.

Yes I have the door buttons but when this happens they will change the seat settings but not the driver profile.

Wow! That's a secondary bug then. I think everyone has reported the number buttons is the interim solution. I know when I step in and see my wife's orange ambient lighting and her profile avatar on the center stack, I just hit the 2 and the lighting and avatar and seat position all change for me. I have a '22.

I have the same problem with 3.3.1.

I had this same issue after 3.3.1. It appears I've fixed it - when it wasn't working, I deleted and recreated one of the profiles and it has worked since then without rebooting sync.

I'm still having the initial issue though, where it randomly switches to my wife's profile when I get in the car.
