Been loving my 2024 Mach E which I purchased 3 weeks ago. BUT, today I get in my car and the Instrument Cluster is not displaying anything.

Anyone have this issue with a 2024? I read some places that the number 22 fuse may need to be pulled and put back in. Thought it was on the passanger side but I didn't see a 22 anywhere.

I'm just going to take it back to the dealership, an hour away, and ask them to please fix it and provide a loaner... shouldn't happen after 3 weeks of ownership.

Try rebooting sync by holding next and volume down on the steering wheel for 10 seconds until the big screen reboots.

I had this happen once on my 2023 when it was a few months old. I did this:

Try rebooting sync by holding next and volume down on the steering wheel for 10 seconds until the big screen reboots.
...and it fixed it. Hasn't happened since (knocking on wood) ??

Hi there! Will you send us a message with your VIN and your local Ford dealer? I can look into things on my end.

I tried the reset method of FWD and VOL down. The first time it didn't do anything. I drove, parked, and did it again, and this time my instrument cluster worked! Thank God I didn't have to go to the dealership.
