I prefer charging at IONNA over any other network and it isn't close. It is by far the easiest to use whether using plug and charge or paying by credit card. I really hope to see IONNA continue to expand and have success. Thank you for not requiring an app to use your chargers.

I've noticed that Ford seems to charge more than the published kWh rate posted on the Ionna displays when using plug and charge. Anyone else notice this?

Is there any way to nominate new locations or areas? Like, I know there’s site considerations, host considerations, funding considerations, but is there a way to suggest areas or corridors?

That’s is super helpful that they painted the connector type and slot number on the pavement. That should be standard everywhere, at least a big sign with that info would help.

Clearly some IONNA locations are superior. But the Wisconsin Dells location when I visited has no facilities (it's behind a restaurant), and in fact a tech was fixing a charger.

I used Ford's app to activate, which means you get no charging data upon completion, which is a negative. I want to see details of my charging.

Mound City, MO would be a VERY popular location as you can build out with your partner Casey's and it lies exactly halfway between Omaha and KC which is a roughly 200 mile stretch w/o any high speed charging. Ask me how I know...

You should be able to just plug in - no need to use the app - and your receipt from Ford should include all your charging details. What other details are you looking for?
