I bought a 24 GT on Dec 7th, 2024. Since day one, FordPass showed an option under Connected Services to add a Performance Upgrade for $995, which is the reason why I bought the car to begin with.
Today (30 days later), this option disappeared from my and my wife’s FordPass and online Ford account. Of course the upgrade has not been applied to the car (no banner on the in-vehicle screen).
Does anyone know of this issue or if this is something that can be fixed?
I had every intention to buy this upgrade, but had to delay the decision because my vehicle came with underbody damage that my dealer is working with Ford to resolve.
I called the helpline and they escalated my issue but said it’ll be several days (or weeks) before they can get an answer.
