Issue with Ford pass?

Is anyone else experiencing a blank % on the Fordpass app? Seems like a random bug where my percent will show and then it will look like this.

Also not seeing my Securialert appear either even tho it is turned on

Yup, the latest version is riddled with bugs. Force close the app to get it to come back.

It is unfortunate that this keeps happening. We get a release that seems pretty good, and then the next one is fubar. How much is due to server issues vs. application development issues vs. phone variations I don't know, but it's seems like when a stable version is out they should LITFA.

I didn't want to create a new Fordpass thread so while this one is fresh...

It's been a week of ownership now and I still am unable to get "Plug & Charge" toggle switch to be in the enable position. I enable it, I get a spinning "LOADING" for about 2 minutes until it times out, then says "Something went wrong, try again later". The toggle switch goes back to disabled.

I do however, get a message in my message center saying "Plug and Charge has been enabled". I have not yet tested plug and charge in the field yet because I doubt it is enabled BUT if anyone here confirms this is normal due to a Fordpass bug then I'll go ahead and try it.

my wife's phone won't work for PAAK... are any of you able to have more than one phone as a key?
we have the same type of phone and mine works just fine.

I have that display bug too. A force-close and restart of the app fixed it. For now. ??

Tip - take another device, install the app, and sign in with the same ID. If P&C shows that it's not enabled, then it's a Ford server issue.

Yes, many.

Force stop app.
Clear app cache.
Delete app storage.
Uninstall app.
Reboot phone.
Reinstall app.

Try again.

I picked up a GTPE (traded in 4X) and the FordPass has been fubar all day. Can’t remove the old car and can’t add the new one. Servers down this afternoon and evening?

I haven't had the missing % issue, but since the most recent app update, I have to force close the app in order for the % to refresh while the vehicle is charging. Prior to the update, the % would refresh automatically while the vehicle was charging.

Ford should take some of money they talked about investing into EV development and use it for better app dev talent and revamping their OTA software infrastructure.

Picked up my Mache this yesterday and can’t remove my focus and add the new vehicle. Dealer said it happened to last customer too. Reinstalled app now says vehicle already assigned to garage but still not visible. Very frustrating
