Issues charging at EVGo

I have had a weird issues trying to charge my 22 Ext AWD at any evgo station. It goes through the connection process and looks like it will start charging but then immediately disconnects and says communication issue. I have tried both a very old evgo station and a brand new one both had the same error message.

Has anyone seen this issue before?

Look on plugshare for those EVGO locations to see if others are having success or not.
Last 2 EVGO locations I visited were non functional, and plugshare showed everyone else having the same issues recently.

Both are listed as good on PlugShare. Both even have Mach e check ins that showed no issues.

We used some of the new Pilot locations, which are run through EVGo. On New Year's Eve, they had a system outage and we had that exact same issue. Someone came through after we gave up and it got resolved. So it MIGHT be a system issue, not that location, depending on what PlugShare says.
