lol Bro your killing me with this. lol Like for real I applaud your dedication to attaining a fresh cup of coffee in any situation.
The Presso xi makes a small shot of coffee that’s espresso-like. To make a “cup of coffee” I’d have to heat up some additional water and do it americano style. Hmm. I do have a spare backpacking stove, I’ll add that to the space. And a little mug.

The espresso-like shot with a sugar cube can be delicious, but, you are right, sometimes I want a “fresh *cup* of coffee”.

LOL bro whut?? That is awesome that you got contingency plans for making coffee. Your wife is sick of a 3 inch height difference in the rear cargo area of the Mach-E but you got a back up plan for making coffee.

I fucking love it!

Maybe some 2x4s to help support the shelf in case of overload? ??

Some day I might put a subwoofer under there but I need to continue to keep the shelf in the lower position for my crate. That would necessitate a smaller sub than Mark’s. ?‍♂?
Ex pen crate top grooming table combs brushes spray bottles?.

In the trunk...just the factory EVSE (that overheats, so pretty much useless).

In the frunk...

You could also include a 48A J1772 extension cord. I carry one and have never needed it. But 'just in case'...

I really like the organizers people have found and the idea for supports when using the trunk floor in the upper position. Emergency storage areas that don't infringe on the usual storage areas is something I appreciate.

I did not know you could add an extension cord to an EV charger.

I think posting a photo of what's below the floor in the cargo area is a good idea to see what others have.

Besides my 12" sub, I mainly have cleaning supplies plus water, first aid kit, tire inflator, Ford charger and flares. The Tesla adapter is in a case on the left side of the cargo area.

Where did you get the Tesla adapter case?

It's the case my A2Z EV adapter came in. I gave that adapter to a friend and use the case for my updated Ford/Tesla adapter.

I keep typical stuff there but most important is my mini spare and jack. I won't be without a spare. With some trimming of the styrofoam insert it fits nicely raising the floor only half an inch basically level with the lip. It also gives all the support needed. There are threads on the spare and installation photos. Make sure you keep a printout of the jack points in the car also. I also have a set of jack point blocks for added protection.

Under the trunk/boot board?

Nothing I ever will need.

The Ford charger stays in the garage - less point than a chocolate teapot!

Redundant Ford tyre inflator & charge lead stays under there, I only charge DCFC away from home and locking wheel nut key is moved to glove box where that lives.

Of the 104,000 miles covered, c90,000 miles was with c£35,000 worth of tools & equipment weighing around 500kg stacked & strapped down between front seat backs and tailgate so access under the boot board is generally a no-no.

The froot houses all the stuff I may need, must always carry but rarely use; defibrillator, Milwaukee tyre inflator, gallon of petrol, gallon of diesel, gallon of water, tyre repair kits & emergency plugs, oils, polishes, cloths, hand cleansing equipment etc.

The bootboard comes up to top level when only coats, shopping & light stuff carried in domestic use because I agree it looks “right” at that level when boot is empty.
Froot! It makes sense to call it that in I assume the U.K. and my mind is blown. Does anyone call it a frunk there? Will never look at Froot Loops in the same way

Hahaha!

Our trunk is something in the 1800s we put our clothes in when we travelled, these days it’s something we’d store things in long term.

Your fender is our bumper I think.

Your hood we wear on our head when it rains, on a car it’s a bonnet which you in the US would wear on your heads?

Language is funny.

I don’t know if anybody calls it a frunk here in UK??‍♂

If you can watch SNL clips there then look up Nate Barganze doing George Washington and why we were fighting the War of Independence

I did not know you could add an extension cord to an EV charger.
I carry the extension in case a charger is ICE'd or someone neglects to move their car. Probably don't really need it, but I already have it.

Here is another option for a J1772 extension: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0B9ZZ99FX @ack154 offered an A2ZEV option that is a little shorter and a LOT cheaper. With a J1772 extension you can extend a J1772 cable or an NACS cable (with adapter).

I started with a 14-50 extension and I would NOT recommend this approach. Most chargers you find in the wild will be hard wired and it also limits you to a 14-50 plug. It works at my house, and that is where I keep it. I should probably sell it. For reference: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0024ECIP0
