Just Finished My JD Power Survey

I got the JD Power survey in the mail today with the crisp dollar bill as a gift for completing it. ?

I don't know about anyone else here that may have done it, but I found the 25-minute estimate to completion was way off. I worked on that thing for nearly two hours. I was painfully honest about my experience with the car, the dealers, and Ford.

Just wondering how many here got one and what the experience was completing it from another perspective.

Just completed the survey and agree with the OP. Definitely takes longer than their estimated 25 min.

I received a survey and completed it. Took about an hour. But it was entirely about my car shopping and purchasing experience. Almost nothing about the car itself. I did give macheforum.com a nice shout-out as my primary source of info when learning about the vehicle.
